What We Know So Far

New Location

One of the biggest changes coming to Grand Theft Auto 6 is the setting. The game will reportedly be set in a new location inspired by Miami, known as "Vice City." This would be a return to the setting of the 2002 game of the same name.

New Protagonist

Grand Theft Auto 6 is also expected to feature a new protagonist. The character's name is reportedly Ricardo, and he is a drug trafficker who is trying to make a name for himself in Vice City.

Drug Empire Building

Drugs and drug dealing are also expected to play a major role in Grand Theft Auto 6. Players will reportedly be able to build their own drug empire, complete with drug labs, distribution networks, and street dealers.

Release Date

Rockstar Games has not yet announced a release date for Grand Theft Auto 6, but it is widely expected to be released in 2024 or 2025.

Sam Houser, the creative force behind the Grand Theft Auto series, has remained tight-lipped about GTA 6's development. However, he did offer a tantalizing hint: "We've got some ideas that we're really excited about for the future of the series."
